Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca
You will be welcomed to Morocco with our organized and coordinated pick-up service at the arrival time of your flight. Upon arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport, you’ll be greeted and taken to your hotel in Casablanca. There, you’ll relax and recover from your journey. Depending on the time, you can choose an optional visit to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, renowned for its stunning craftsmanship. Overnight in Casablanca.
Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, we’ll depart Casablanca to start our 15-day itinerary from Casablanca, driving north to the capital of Morocco. We’ll visit the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of Oudaya, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Ruins of Chellah. After lunch, we’ll travel through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, known as the blue city. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3: Exploring Chefchaouen
You’ll have a full day to explore the fascinating city of Chefchaouen, known for its blue walls. You can wander around the charming city and interact with the locals in their traditional attire. Overnight at the same hotel.
Day 4: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
We’ll head to the impressive Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we’ll visit Meknes, the capital of Morocco from 1672 to 1727, with its historical sites. After lunch, we’ll drive to Fes. Check-in at the hotel.
Day 5: Visit Fes with a Local Guide
After breakfast, embark on a journey through the historical ramparts of Fes’s Medina. Explore the 14th-century Marinid tombs and delve into the intricate architecture of the Madrasa Bou Inania. Admire its impressive museum, showcasing illuminated manuscripts and ceramics. Enjoy a delicious lunch within the bustling Medina.
Continue your exploration through the Medina’s cobbled lanes. Discover the intricately decorated Attarin’s Madrasa and browse the vibrant Funduq of Nejarin. Witness the ancient art of leather tanning at the medieval tannery and marvel at the array of handicrafts, including copperware and pottery.
After a captivating day, retreat to the comfort of a traditional Riad for a restful night
Day 6: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
We’ll leave Fes and travel south to the Sahara Desert, passing through diverse landscapes. Stops include Ifrane, the cedar forest, and Erfoud. Arrive at Erg Chebbi Dunes and enjoy a traditional dinner.
Day 7: Tour around Merzouga Desert
Explore the surroundings of Merzouga, visit Khamlia, and experience a camel ride in the desert. Spend the night in a desert camp.
Day 8: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Watch the sunrise over the dunes and return to Merzouga. Travel to Rissani, then visit the Todra Gorges and the Dades Valley. Overnight in Dades Gorges at a local hotel.
Day 9: Dades Gorges – Valley of Roses – Skoura – Ouarzazate
Visit the Valley of Roses, Skoura, and Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco.” Dinner and accommodation in Ouarzazate.
Day 10: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Taroudant
Visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and continue to Taroudant. Explore the city’s medina and souks.
Day 11: Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira
Drive to Essaouira via Agadir. Explore Agadir and continue to Essaouira, a charming coastal town known for its fishing port.
Day 12: Essaouira – Marrakech
Travel to Marrakech, stopping at Argan forest. Visit an Argan oil cooperative before arriving in Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation in Marrakech.
Day 13: Visit Marrakech with a Local Guide
After breakfast, embark on an exciting exploration of Marrakech. Our local guide will lead you to key attractions, beginning with the Majorelle Gardens & Berber Museum. Then, visit the vibrant Rahba Kedima spice market, filled with aromatic treasures like cumin, cinnamon, and saffron. Stroll through the Jewish Mellah, explore the Bahia Palace, and admire the grandeur of the Koutoubia Mosque and Minaret. Finally, conclude your tour with a visit to the historic Saadian Tombs. Day 14: Marrakech
Optional half-day excursion to the nearby Ourika Valley. Free time to explore Marrakech.
Day 15: Transfer to Marrakech Airport
