Day 1: Tangier – Asilah

Upon arrival in Tangier, our journey begins by exploring this vibrant Moroccan city, known as the Gateway to Africa. After learning about the attractions of Tangier, we headed to Asilah, a coastal town with a unique charm. But before reaching our destination, an extraordinary visit awaits us in the legendary Caves of Hercules.

Legend has it that these caves provided rest to the legendary figure after his famous exploits. With its entrance facing the Atlantic Ocean, the caves become submerged during high tide, providing captivating views from within.

When you arrive in Asilah, you will be captivated by its blue-painted old town, which is a canvas of charming houses decorated with colorful designs. Asilah’s coastal charm distinguishes it as one of the jewels of northern Morocco. You will spend the night comfortably in a charming hotel, completing this stage of our trip.

Day 2: Asilah – Rabat

After breakfast, we begin a journey towards Rabat, the famous garden city, which is considered the administrative capital of Morocco. Day 3: Rabat – Casablanca

Continuing our way across the Atlantic Ocean, we arrive in Casablanca, the bustling economic center of the country. A full day dedicated to exploring this vibrant Moroccan city. The highlight of your visit will undoubtedly be the famous Hassan II Mosque, a massive structure and one of the tallest religious buildings in the world that welcomes non-Muslim tourists on guided tours, providing a unique opportunity to witness its grandeur.

Day 4: Casablanca – Essaouira

We continue along the Atlantic coast, enjoying stunning coastal landscapes on our way to Essaouira. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and take some free time to explore this World Heritage city that has retained its authentic charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. Essaouira, the last walled coastal fortress along the Atlantic Ocean, provides the perfect setting for water sports enthusiasts. Its bay, bathed by the waves that come from the Mogador Islands, is a true delight. Spend the night in a charming riad.

Day 5: Essaouira – Marrakech

After a delicious breakfast at your riad, enjoy some free time for a last walk around Essaouira. Then we begin the trip to Marrakech. Upon arrival, we will drop you off at your riad. The rest of the day is yours to get to know this vibrant city. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Spend the night in a charming riad.

Day 6: Visit Marrakech with a Local Guide

Enjoy a day to explore more of the charming corners of Marrakech, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco. Known for its abundance of UNESCO-recognized monuments and the famous Jemaa El Fna Square, Marrakech offers a rich variety of experiences. Stroll through its distinctive neighborhoods, from contemporary areas such as Gueliz and Hevernage to historic Mellah, the old Jewish quarter. Let the intricate streets of the Medina guide you to Jemaa El Fna Square, a bustling open-air theater with jugglers, musicians, panhandlers and snake charmers. Let the symphony of sounds, smells, flavors and vibrant colors flood your senses. Relax in the comfort of your charming riad all night.

Day 7: Ouzoud Waterfalls Day Trip from Marrakech

On the next stop on our 15 days tour from Tangier, we will venture on a day trip to the famous Ouzoud Waterfalls. These majestic waterfalls are located at a height of 110 meters and adorn the magnificent Atlas Mountains in the province of Azilal. They won the title of the most beautiful in all of Morocco and North Africa, as they captivate with their impressive grandeur.

While you enjoy this natural wonder, you will be surrounded by impressive landscapes decorated with a vibrant range of colors. In the afternoon, a fun encounter awaits you as you watch the playful monkeys that inhabit the area. These strange creatures engage in mischief and sometimes try to steal food from curious visitors. Day 8: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

After breakfast, our journey takes us to Ait Benhaddou, a road that runs through the High Atlas Mountains. We crossed the Tizi N’Tishka Pass, revealing stunning scenery, and venturing through nomadic Berber villages nestled in the landscape.

The panoramic view accompanies us to the Kasbah of Telouet, a well-preserved jewel. We explore this Kasbah, absorbing its history and architecture, before embarking on the path that takes us to another famous site, the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Famous for appearing in several films, including Babylon, this kasbah is a testament to the appeal of Moroccan cinema.

Continuing our 15 days tour from Tangier, we pass through Ouarzazate, crossing the Valley of Roses as we head to the charming Dades Gorge. This is where the famous (Route of a Thousand Kasbahs) begins, captivating us with its impressive landscape. Our day ends with a lovely dinner and overnight at a lovely hotel located within the Dades Valley.

Day 9: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Our trip takes us to the charming Todra Gorges, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk between the imposing canyon walls that reach a height of more than 200 meters. From here we continue our way towards the desert, passing through the picturesque palm groves of Tafilalet.

Upon arriving at our destination, a hotel located at the base of the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert landscape. Feel the soft sands of Erg Chebbi under your feet while you enjoy the charm of the surroundings. The afternoon promises you the pleasure of cooking while you taste the delicious Moroccan cuisine. Day 10: Sightseeing around Merzouga

The best desert day trip from Merzouga. Observe the nomadic life of the Tuareg, visit the home of the Gnaoua and explore the village of Khamlia. Enjoy an exciting 4×4 ride and an enchanting camel ride, and capture the beauty of the sunset. Enjoy a night under the stars at a luxury campsite with desert music and a bonfire, followed by a delicious dinner.

Day 11: Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt

Start your day early to watch the stunning sunrise over the dunes of the Moroccan Sahara. This is followed by a camel ride back to the hotel. After breakfast and refreshments, we head to Rissani. Explore the authentic souk, the largest in southern Morocco, where crafts, food and animals are traded.

Our journey takes us through Erfoud, known for its fossil works, and the picturesque Ziz Valley with its vast palm groves. The road continues to Midelt, located in the mountains, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night in a charming hotel.

Day 12: Midelt – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes

After breakfast, we depart for Meknes, where we will explore the famous Roman ruins of Volubilis. Our journey then takes us to Fes, where the rest of the day will be dedicated to discovering the city’s treasures. Enjoy your stay in these charming accommodations.

Day 13: Visit Fes with a Local Guide

Today, you’ll immerse yourself in Morocco’s oldest city, starting with a guided tour of the Medina, one of the largest walled cities in the world and the oldest of Morocco’s imperial cities. Your itinerary includes a visit to the Bab Boujloud Gate and a walk along the bustling Tala’a Al Kabira Street. See the famous Chouara tannery and explore the impressive 14th-century El Attarine Madrasa, showcasing the brilliance of Moorish architecture.

Immerse yourself in the unique Moroccan culture by exploring the lively souks and learning about the nation’s history and art. Your exploration extends to the royal palace, tanneries and pottery. A traditional Moroccan lunch awaits you at a local restaurant located in the heart of the Medina. As the day ends, return to your hotel for dinner and relaxation in your riad or hotel accommodation.

Day 14: Fes – Chefchaouen

We woke up early and headed to Chefchaouen, a picturesque town located in the foothills of the Tisouka and Migo mountains in the Rif Mountains. The name Chefchaouen is taken from the Berber term meaning to look at the horns, and aptly describes the mountainous landscape that surrounds the city. The quiet car-free city of Chefchaouen offers a refreshing atmosphere that invites you to explore its beauty and the surrounding area. Day 15: Chefchaouen – Tangier
